Description of the Classes within the Diagram

A Protein may include one or more Molecules. These Molecules are intended to represent prosthetic groups but not solvent molecules. Each Protein contains at least one GroupOfAminoAcidResidues.

A GroupOfAminoAcidResidues must contains at least one AminoAcidResidue. Secondary structure elements, domains etc., can be grouped together in a GroupOfAminoAcidResidues.
