We are developing a software library of generic components for use by the bioinformatics and molecular modelling communities. Our main focus is on algorithms and data structures. All code is written in ISO/ANSII standard C++. The work was initially funded by the BBSRC. The library is free but covered by the GNU Library General Public License.
