MoleculeX, Protein, NucleicAcid,
and Carbohydrate are special types of Molecule. Each
subclass will provides means to analyse, manipulate and display a type
of molecule in a specialised manner. For instance, Protein will contain
methods to access the backbone, individual residues etc. as distinct units.
