Research Interests:
Functional annotation of eukaryotic genomes and studying principles of regulatory regions architecture.
Revealing regulatory programs for vertebrate development and inferring gene regulatory networks.
Understanding structural determinants of specificity in protein-DNA recognition and improving methods for binding site recognition with structural information.
