Fit the HD in the appropriate bay (just 1 HD in this system). Connect to the first IDE channel and check the drive is set to master (or 'single/only'). Dont forget the power cable :-) Again, check everything will reach before finally screwing in.
The IDE ports are next to eachother very close to AGP socket, making it difficult to avoid a slightly messy setup.
