The Bioinformatics Template Library (BTL)

The BTL uses templates to implement generic programming in same way as the Standard Template Library (STL). The original STL has largely been incorporated into the ANSII/ISO standard for C++. For more information on the STL, see Silicon Graphic's Programmers Guide.

     The source code was last updated on 19th June 2005 following several years of use worldwide it is now regarded as a beta release
